I had been pole dancing for about a year when I started group lessons with Jolene. I thought my last teacher was good (and she was) but Jolene is excellent! She has a fantastic way of explaining things, I am able to do more moves and more polished moves now.
Jolene is also very good at what she does as anyone will tell you. I cannot rate her highly enough! In order to get the most benefit a friend and I have recently started having private lessons with Jolene and these have been even more beneficial! I'd heartily recommend anyone wanting to give Pole Dancing a go to book a private lesson or group class with Jolene.

Super dupa fabtastic! The best exercise there is for any lady out there, of any shape and size. So much better and faster results than a gym membership

I had so much fun doing the beginners course that I did it twice! I had no idea how good pole dancing is for fitness and toning.

I did it for a bit of a confidence boost - and got completely addicted - did the beginners, intermediate and advanced, much more fun than standing in a gym doing aerobics - you can have a laugh and you get to meet loads of people in a laid back atmosphere and it feels like fun rather than a workout

I bought my wife Sam beginners pole dancing lessons for Christmas a couple of years ago, and she has gone on to take her advanced level course. She comes back from lessons or practising with a huge grin and a spring in her step. It's the best money I've ever spent!

I will try anything once, so I joined a pole dancing class with my sister as it was something we had never attempted before. At 38 years old, I thought I might be a bit ‘over the hill' for this sort of activity, but Jolene was very accommodating and made everybody feel completely at ease! We found pole dancing was a very good way of keeping fit and we all noticed an improvement in our overall strength and muscle tone, although we did pick up some bruises along the way! – Thanks Jolene!

I took a lesson on my hen night for a giggle and became hooked, everyone enjoyed it though, even my Mum! I started taking lessons with Jolene as soon as I could, she's a great teacher and the lessons were so much fun, that I kept it going. I'm fitter now then I have been in years (even my osteopath says how much stronger and more supple I am now).

The classes are an excellent way of getting muscle tone, agile, confidence and a bit sexy! I was worries it was going to be sleazy but the teacher made us totally at ease and broke the moves down really well so I was performing moves easily when after the first lesson I thought I'd never be able to do any of them! The classes give you a real buzz as it's something different and great when you go out. I'd recommend them to anyone of any age.
